The friendly service at the hotel was really good. the location of the hotel was close to a shopping center, Coles, pharmacy, supermarket, and pubs for dinner.

my family and i truly enjoyed being there. the rooms were updated, new-fashioned, and had a fridge, an electric kettle, and climate control.

The bathroom was very dark.

The service was really good and friendly, the restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast, and we enjoyed ordering appetizing dishes from there; the staff was excellent, and we would definitely return.

everything was excellent, had a great stay of really good friendly service. the location was favourable, not too far from sandfield reserve. there were shopping malls and a drugstore around the hotel.

Rather indifferent staff!

the location was perfect for our trip, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and convenient free coffee machine in the lobby. the bathroom was great, although the beds could be more comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

Comfy twin room I was in had enough space and was super quiet. Loved chilling on the balcony. They thought of everything - there were tea and coffee making stuff, a fridge, and glasses. the staff were all really friendly and sorted out any problems quickly. 👍.

The hotel had a separate bedroom. The location was great, right next to a shopping centre and public transport, and close to shops like Coles. The restaurant offered a buffet breakfast which we really enjoyed. The service was excellent. The food was delicious. Free internet was provided.

The value for money at Sands By Nightcap Plus was exceptional. The room was excellent, and the staff was helpful, professional, and attentive. The location was perfect for exploring the Mornington Peninsula, and we even received complimentary drink vouchers for the restaurant next door.

More variety in the breakfast choices would have made it better. The pastries weren't very fresh.

Exceptional Stay with Helpful Staff

the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, offering complimentary breakfast and late check-out with no extra charge. the gym was well-equipped and hardly used, which added to the appeal. there could be improvement in food options late at night, as I found limited choices.

The buffet breakfast at this place was delicious, and we enjoyed the appetising dishes we ordered; the location is convenient, near pubs and a racetrack.

The room I reserved here was very roomy and had a nice balcony, the location was great and comfortable, being close to the beach, and within a short 10-minute walk to the bus station.
